Kool-Aid Jelly

This is a really sweet jelly and I may try to make it again in a sugar free version. I will be sure to post if I do.

Ingredients

1 (1/4 ounce) package Kool-Aid, any flavor~no sugar added
1 (1 3/4 ounce) package sure-jell pectin
3 cups granulated sugar
3 cups water

Directions

1Mix water, Sure-Jell and Kool-Aid together.
2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3Stir in sugar.
4Stir and bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.
5Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
6Remove from heat.
7Quickly skim off foam with a large metal spoon.
8Pour into jelly glasses and seal.
